Ordering & Eligibility

  • You may place an order without creating an account. We currently support guest checkout only.

  • There is no age restriction, but by placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via secure payment gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time but may be introduced in the future.

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.

Order Acceptance

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspicious activity, pricing errors, or inventory issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Use of Content

  • You may use our brand images and recipe content for personal or non-commercial use. Commercial reproduction or distribution without written consent is not permitted.

  • All intellectual property, including the Hansha brand name, logo, product visuals, and content on this site, remains the property of Hansha.

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain fairness and trust, users may not:

  • Attempt to disrupt or tamper with website operations

  • Use the site to engage in fraudulent or deceptive transactions

  • Resell products without written approval from Hansha

We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action against individuals or entities involved in such activities.

  • Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall be governed by Indian law.

  • The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be Lucknow, India.

  • Hansha reserves the right to pursue mediation or arbitration, where applicable, before initiating court proceedings.
