At Hansha, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, hygienically packed spices. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reason and under specific conditions.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns for unopened spice packets only. To be eligible for a return:

The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition

The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

You must email a photo of the product(s) to us at info@hansha.shop when submitting the return request
Please note that opened or used packets are not eligible for return or refund due to food safety concerns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, spilled, or with incorrect items, we’re happy to make it right.

Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
❗Claims for damaged or incorrect products without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.
